Medical Device Sales Representative

  1. Sales and Relationship Building:
    • Meet with Healthcare Providers: Engage with healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, and medical practices, to present and sell our state-of-the-art medical devices.
    • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to prospective buyers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers.
    • Account Management: Maintain and service existing accounts with a focus on building long-term relationships.
    • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
    • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our devices and equipment.
    • Educational Visits: Provide up-to-date information on our products during in-person visits with healthcare professionals.
    • Live Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of our devices to potential buyers, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
  3. Reporting and Complaint Handling:
    • Timely Reporting: Complete and submit required reports promptly, documenting sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Customer Service: Handle complaints and inquiries according to established procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Business).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
