Job Description:
- Responsibility for managing raw material inventory – planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure continuity of production in terms of raw materials
- Responsibility for managing finished goods inventory and collaborating with warehouse, marketing and sales department
- Conducting material simulations/monitoring and addressing shortages
- Creating purchase orders based on MRP recommendations and managing the order interface with the purchasing department
- Planning, handling, and tracking delivery supplies
- Handling multiple tasks and working dynamically in a multi-interface environment
- Building infrastructure and maintaining the ERP system
**Replacement for maternity leave for a period of a year**
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Logistics or any other relevant degree
- Specialization in operations/production planning – significant advantage
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly high level Excel
- Experience working in an ERP environment, particularly Priority – significant advantage
- High interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle a busy and frequently changing work environment
- Adherence to quality requirements and company procedures
- High analytical skills
- Experience in production planning in a manufacturing company – advantage
- Experience with BI systems – advantage
