Senior Sales Manager in US Market – Cardiovascular Medical Devices - 765

Medinol is seeking a highly experienced Executive / Senior Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the United States for its cardiovascular medical device. This role will be instrumental in expanding Medinol’s presence across US healthcare providers by leveraging an established professional network, identifying and accessing purchasing opportunities (including tenders, RFPs, and IDN/GPO processes), and successfully closing complex, high-value commercial agreements.

The ideal candidate combines deep cardiovascular market expertise with proven access to key decision-makers and a demonstrated ability to win sophisticated hospital-, GPO-, and health system–level contracts for innovative medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Development

  • Leverage an established network of relationships with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, physicians, and procurement stakeholders across the United States to advance Medinol’s commercial footprint
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within cardiovascular care, including interventional cardiology and surgical departments
  • Define and execute a US sales strategy aligned with Medinol’s long-term growth objectives and product roadmap

Tenders, RFPs & Contracting

  • Proactively identify upcoming tenders, RFPs, RFIs, and purchasing cycles across hospitals, IDNs, GPOs, and relevant government or quasi-government bodies
  • Lead Medinol’s participation in formal procurement processes from opportunity identification through submission, negotiation, and award
  • Coordinate closely with Medinol’s clinical, regulatory, pricing, quality, and operations teams to ensure compliant, competitive, and differentiated proposals

Sales Execution & Deal Closure

  • Own the full sales cycle for Medinol’s cardiovascular device, including opportunity identification & qualification, stakeholder mapping, clinical and economic value positioning, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Lead complex negotiations involving pricing models, value-based propositions, and long-term supply or strategic agreements
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, growth, and market penetration targets within assigned territories or strategic accounts
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clinical champions, economic buyers, and procurement leadership to support repeat business and portfolio expansion
  • Provide Medinol leadership with ongoing insights into US market trends, competitive dynamics, pricing pressures, and customer needs
  • Contribute to product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and accurate pipeline forecasting to support informed strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10–15 years of senior sales or business development experience in medical devices, preferably in cardiovascular, interventional cardiology, or structural heart
  • Demonstrated success selling innovative medical technologies into US hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and/or GPOs
  • Proven experience identifying, managing, and winning tenders and RFPs in complex procurement environments
  • Established network of senior clinical, administrative, and procurement decision-makers within the US healthcare system
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare procurement, contracting structures, and reimbursement dynamics
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value commercial agreements
  • Prior experience driving market penetration of clinically validated high-quality medical device products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior leadership role within an established or growth-stage medical device company, preferably with global R&D and manufacturing operations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with regulatory, clinical, quality and operations
  • MBA or advanced business degree (preferred but not required)
