Young Leadership Initiatives

Working in collaboration with the Young Leadership Organization, which was established in 2007 as a Public Welfare Company, Medinol employees have been taking an active part in reducing social and economic gaps through employment.

In concert with the Hebrew University, Tel-Aviv University and the College of Engineering, Medinol supports students in the engineering field with their academic studies.

We create professional visits to our production facility and labs while supporting students in their final projects.

After graduation, we open student positions to integrate graduates into Medinol.
